We never dreamed that our visit to Sleepy Hollow Realty would result in our becoming lakefront property owners. We have to say that Sleepy Hollow Realty was a major contributor to that purchase. Yes, the lake sells itself, however, Sleepy Hollow Realty knew the property so well that they were able to show us exactly the lots that were suitable to our needs and finances; which resulted in our immediate decision to purchase. "OUR NEW HOME"

Just wanted to express our thanks for your help in finding our "lakefront escape"! We are just beginning to see how wonderful this experience is and how much we love being on the lake. The house is a work in progress, but just knowing that we can walk out on our deck and see that amazing view is worth any amount of work, which will be a "labor of love". We really appreciate how the entire community has been so welcoming and having the benefit of being able to live in an area, which is protected, quiet and secure.

FOUND A HOME !!

Hi, my name is Paula Ryan. I live at Sleepy Hollow Lake as a permanent resident and love the ambiance the Lake Community gives it's senior partners.

I worked in Dutchess County as a registered nurse for 43 years at St Francis Hospital. My husband is a building contractor of 40 years and still working as a part-time consultant. He built our home 4 years ago on the lake and we enjoy Lake living during all the seasons.

Our association and it's members work very hard to ensure we have activities and functions to keep everyone active and happy. We boat, jog, bicycle, walk our dogs, or simply walk the many roads we have available to us in this 2200 acre paradise.

If you want to get away from the everyday humdrum of city traffic and congestion, I would recommkend Sleepy Hollow Lake living.
